Every Xchange account is unlimited and free of charge, each User can make use of the app without the requirement to any subscription or cancellation fee.

Xchange Premium offers monthly, semiannual, yearly or biyearly memberships, renewable for the same time periods.

Due to the nature of being an online service, the User may opt to cancel the service during the first seven calendar days following the subscription date. The User may cancel thru the webpage https://www.changemx.support/unregister by completing the appropriate discontinuance form, while reserving the right to reimburse any cost incurred during the purchase.

The User may cancel the subscription renewal five days prior to the expiration of such, thru the website https://www.changemx.support/unregister

Once the User has decided to discontinue the Premium subscription, it will automatically become a Regular free of charge Xchange account.

Xchange reserves the right to 30 calendar days to process all information.
