We offer two options to our users in order to use Xchange:

The first and default option is free use without any account or username.
The second option is to register to get a Premium account.

- Get Pluss assistance for free when they request insurances. Normally this feature has a cost of an extra dollar plus the insurance cost for the regular user but getting premium the user gets it for free any time they request an insurance. The plus assistance includes: medical expenses due to accident or illness, car rental for theft, breakdown or accident, hotel rent for convalescence, phone medical guidance.

- Auto complete users’ information to make the process of getting an insurance faster and easier.

- Direct access to the premium users’ insurances history list.

- Total control over the push notifications about international crossing waiting times, currency information and other news. Even the user can turn off and on separately one of these options.

- Change their password right at the app without going through the website process.

- The premium users could win prizes and free promotional merchandise as shirts, keychains among others.

- In the following version it will remove any add or publicity at the “Tipo de cambio” Section.

Due to inauguration of our service by the moment there is no cost to get a premium account. You only need to register trough our app and you will be able to get a Premium account for free.

Xchange only charges the insurance policy that you decide to buy. The price that you get charged for is the same that you see in the list of insurances available on the app.

The prices may vary depending in several options to cover by the insurance selected. The prices of the insurances are displayed in a list through our app so you can select the more convenient insurance to fit your needs.

These prices are shown in the app trough the “buy an insurance” process after filling some information about the users’ needs.

We accept credit and debit cards. International cards must be enabled for international transactions.

When you buy an insurance, at the end of the process there will be an option to download your insurance as a PDF file.

Get a Premium Xchange account is easy. Go to your app and select Register to Premium. Register an email to link it to your Xchange account. Take a picture of your ID and finally create a password.
